Matso's Broome Brewery also boasts Broome's BEST authentic Indian curry, available from 6pm Friday - Tuesday and prepared by our own Northern Indian chef, Mr Pillai. We also offer authentic Thai curries on Wednesday & Thursday evenings from 6pm. Our resident Japanese chef 'Tomoko' has also had a major influence on the new a la carte lunch & dinner menu. Matso's a la carte menu is availble for breakfast (7am til 11am), lunch (11.30am til 3pm) and dinner (6pm til 9pm) 7 days a week and chargeback facilities are available for both Moonlight Bay & Bayside inhouse guests.
The restaurant is open from 7am 7 days a week, 363 days a year for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
